Dear Town of Phillipsburg,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I would like the Town Gas Log and any and all records (electronic and written) that shows the dates and times Todd Tersigni has accessed gasoline at the Town owned pumps between January 1st 2020 to present date.

I would also like the timesheets (electronic logs or written) produced by Mayor Todd Tersigni between January 1, 2020 to present date.

I would also like the electronic key fob reports of Todd Tersigni from January 1, 2020 to present date.

I would like all documents in electronic form and they can be emailed directly to me.
