I would like this as a PDF or a link where those that open will not be tracked. NO ONE should have to request permission from you to be "tracked" which is exactly what happens when you click on the link you have provided. You then must provide "permission" before we can view the documents.
This should not be allowed. Ever!!
Why do you make it so difficult to see public information?

The response is not late and "tracking" is not a thing.
