Dear Mr. Smyth:

Your OPRA is incomplete with what you just attached regarding being sued on the trailers. The document is not date stamped and it does not have a cover letter or envelope it showing the law firm it came from?
Kindly be sure to send this information to me by day's end today. The other case that Wall eventually lost is also not date stamped.

Kindly advise when you received the tort notice on the trailers and provide any documentation it came with.

I am sure the Wall BOE members were wondering the same thing when Mr. Smyth included it in their packet last week.
