Dear Union City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. Copies of contracts between Union City and NJ Humane Society (and any other previous AC vendors) for years 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, including contracts for animal control, sheltering, and TNR services.
2. Copy of written procedure from Union City’s TNR vendor of how Union City residents obtain TNR services through Union City’s TNR program.
