I am writing to request an internal review of Union City's handling of my OPRA request 'TNR'.
On October 25,2021, I submitted an OPRA request for all contracts, documents, agreements and emails regarding TNR - that’s Trap, Neuter, and Release - program for feral and stray cats located within the city.

I received NO response. On November 10th, I submitted
a SECOND request for the requested information. I have gotten NO RESPONSE. By law and under all circumstances the authority should have responded by now. Please respond within 7 days with the requested info or reason why you are unable to complete this request.
