Dear Karen Gallagher,
I find it unreasonable that an extension is being requested. I have not requested an exuberant amount of information or documents that need to be created. These documents are readily available and the delivery should not go past the fulfillment date of Nov. 14th, 2019. If the request is not fulfilled within the initial time frame then I will strongly consider taking legal action.

You are in direct violation of N.J.S.A. 47: 1A-5.e.
e. Immediate access ordinarily shall be granted to budgets, bills, vouchers, contracts, including collective negotiations agreements and individual employment contracts, and public employee salary and overtime information.
