Dear Weehawken Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the
common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an official form or
use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f),
which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information
required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a
valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

Pursuant to OPRA, please provide electronic copies of the following existing
records concerning the following property:

99 Clifton Terrace,
AKA 4216-4220 Park Ave,
Weehawken, NJ
(Block 51.01, Lot 35.02)

1. Rent Control: Current legal rent and most recent rent registration for each
residential unit, including any approved rent adjustments, ADAM approvals,
complaints, violations, or Rent Board determinations.
2. Violations / Safety: All currently open building, housing, zoning,
property-maintenance, fire-safety, or construction violations, plus the most
recent inspection reports.
3. Occupancy / Permits: Current Certificate of Occupancy or equivalent record,
lawful number/type of residential and commercial units, and any open or
unresolved permits.
4. Outstanding Matters: Any current summonses, fines, penalties, liens,
unsafe-structure notices, or other municipal enforcement matters.

This request is time-sensitive because the property is scheduled for auction in
early September 2026. **Please provide any readily available records as soon as
possible, even if other items require additional time.**

Preferred delivery: electronic copies by email or download link.

expedite this request given the upcoming auction.
