Dear Ocean County Prosecutor's Office,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an
official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request
per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including
all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place
of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

Kindly provide copies of the electronic communications between Sparks
City, Nevada Police Detective Bryan Wisneski and the Ocean County
Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit members commencing in September
2025 up to an including April 14, 2026. The subject matter will be a
request for assistance regarding a subject in Ocean County who was
Possessing Child Pornography, Distributed Obscene Material a person under
18 years of age, Endangering the Welfare of a child by Chatting and
Grooming a 12-year-old child in Sparks, NV online, and Luring a Child
reference OCPO Case #250900537.

Kindly provide copies of the electronic communications between North
Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigations Special Agent Karmen Brosten and
the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit members
commencing in September 2025 up to and including April 14, 2026. The
subject matter will be a request for assistance regarding a subject in
Ocean County who was Possessing Child Pornography, Distributed Obscene
Material a person under 18 years of age, Endangering the Welfare of a
child by Chatting and Grooming a 12-year-old child in North Dakota online,
and Luring a Child reference OCPO Case #250900537.

Kindly provide copies of the electronic communications between the NJ
State Police ICAC Unit, Island Heights Police Department and the Ocean
County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit members commencing in
September 2025 up to and including April 14, 2026. The subject matter will
be a request for assistance regarding a subject in Ocean County who was
Possessing Child Pornography, Distributed Obscene Material a person under
18 years of age, Endangering the Welfare of a child by Chatting and
Grooming a 12-year-old child in North Dakota online, and Luring a Child
reference OCPO Case #250900537.

The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Digital Forensic Laboratory is bound
by the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and required to maintain
communications such as the requested records. I would respectfully refer
you to the OCPO DFL Quality Assurance Manual section 7.1.8 Records of
Reviews and Communications and section 7.5.1 Technical Records (Case
Records). All of the requested records should be located withing the case
jacket and/or electronically stored in InfoShare for OCPO Case #250900537
and the associated Computer Forensic (CF) case number.

I prefer not to publish the specific email addresses on a public forum but
will do so if requested.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail
as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are
not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and
provide their email address to me for future reference.
