All building permits (open and closed)

Certificates of Occupancy

Any open or past code violations

Flood-related records:

Flood zone designation on file

Any Elevation Certificates

Records of substantial damage or flood-related determinations, if
available

Environmental records:

Any records of environmental issues, contamination, or remediation

Oil tank permits, removals, or related documentation

If any of these records are not available, please advise. Kindly notify me
in advance of any applicable fees.
