If possible, may I please request the following (Preferably listed on a spreadsheet) for the past 2 years till date of request :
1. A list of property addresses that have received any code violation. Please provide the type of violation.
2. A list of all residential property addresses that are currently vacant or abandoned.
3. A list of all residential property addresses that are currently delinquent on Taxes / Utilities.
4. A list of all residential property addresses that are currently in Pre-foreclosure/notice of lis Pendens
If possible and is completely permitted by the law please include the following address, property block and lot, Tax-id. Also, the owner's information such as - Name, Mailing address, Phone number and email address.
Please give us Whatever Information from the above you could provide.

2. No records responsive to this request. Our Vacant Property Registration Ordinance was repealed some years ago and we no longer require registrations at this time. As such, no list is maintained for this information.
3. PDF report from Tax Collector's system for delinquent list containing tax and utility. To be able to include some of the additional specific information you were looking for (mailing addresses of owners), the system only provides a PDF format.
4. PDF copy of First Amended Complaint (In Rem Tax Foreclosure) - F-SWC-F-012928-23 and Second Amended Complaint (In Rem Tax Foreclosure) - SWC-F-009765-22.
Owner names and mailing addresses have been provided. If phone numbers and emails were available, they were not provided as they are exempt under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 - Personal Identifying Information and Privacy Interest. “A public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen's personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen's reasonable expectation of privacy.” N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1, et seq.
