Please provide the following information regarding your RFP dated
3/27/2020 for the Third Party Administration (TPA) Services for the Hudson
County Insurance Fund

Please provide, via return email, any and all documents relating to the
awarded Third Party Administrator bid previously awarded.  documents
include, but should not be limited to:
1. the winning proposal
2. the contract awarded
3. The technical portion and fee schedule of the winning bid previously
submitted by CRC
4. any documentation regarding the scoring, ranking and selection of the
winning bid.
Please provide the name of the current TPA and the current administrator.
Please also provide your Medical Only/Lost Time claims information for
2016-2019
