I have correspondence from you related to this request as follows:
June 8th, of which I responded to on June 10th asking for clarification
for the exact individuals and their addresses of which you are seeking
Certificates of Occupancy.
June 20th, of which I responded to on June 21st asking for clarification
for the exact individuals and their addresses of which you are seeking
Certificates of Occupancy.
June 25th of which I responded to on June 29th asking for clarification
for the exact individuals and their addresses of which you are seeking
Certificates of Occupancy.
Today, July 1st, you have provided simply the names of the individuals. As
I mentioned in my e-mail on June 29th, the Borough cannot search our
database for certificates of occupancy simply by name. An address must be
supplied. You have yet to supply any addresses for the certificates of
occupancy in which you seek. I have copied in the Borough Administrator
and Building Inspector who have informed me that our system is strictly
searchable via address.
Also, as I mentioned in my previous e-mails, under state statute a Records
Custodian is not required to conduct research. For me to have had to
"educate" myself on the Borough's Board of Education members, that would
have required research on my end. 
Until you provide specific addresses for our Building Inspector to be able
to search and provide, we will have no corresponding records because your
request is invalid as written.
If you are unaware of the addresses, I suggest perhaps you submit an OPRA
request to the Board of Education's Records Custodian for said addresses.
Once obtained from the Board of Education, a new request submitted to my
attention with the addresses can be processed.

I have asked on June 13, 20 and now July 1st for the same simple request:
CERTIFIED ADDRESSES OF BOARD OF EDUCATION MEMBERS OF PROSPECT PARK SCHOOL
NUMBER 1: these are the seven (7) people entrusted with the Board of
Education decisions.
In your last request for clarification, you state that you don't not know
WHO they are.  As a Borough Clerk, I find it hard to believe that you were
not able to educate yourself about their names in the three weeks it has
now taken you to come up with an answer to my simple request.
President: Daysi Gonzalez
Vice President: Mohamed Hussein
Niaz Nadim
Frank Caraccio
Esllam Zakaria
Euyenibert Lopez
Ashley Alba
Members are supposed to live in town: two certified letters returned as
"not here". I am asking for current, certified by Borough Building
Inspector, certificates of occupancy and real, accurate address for the
above named elected officials.
This should not take three weeks, and not involve any further dilatory
tactics.
Please reply as per Open Public Records Act.

Good afternoon,
Please see attached for 6 of the 7 certificates of occupancy that you
clearly specified on the evening of July 1, 2020. This was the first time
specific addresses and names were provided in your requests. Because you
were able to do so, the Building Inspector was able to search our system.
Accordingly, there is no corresponding certificate of occupancy for Ms.
Daysi Gonzalez at the address provided (365 North 10th Street). Please
note that this does not mean that there are no certificates of occupancy
for Ms. Gonzalez, it simply means that there isn't one for that specific
address. Unfortunately, we can only search the system by address and not
by name. 
This OPRA request can now be deemed complete. Should you wish for us to
search under a different address you can simply complete another OPRA
request and we would be happy to help.

This is the fourth clarification of the original request, following to the
Open Public Records Act.
CERTIFIED ADDRESSES OF BOARD OF EDUCATION MEMBERS OF PROSPECT PARK SCHOOL
NUMBER 1: these are the seven (7) people entrusted with the Board of
Education decisions.
The year these public officials ran, they provided an address. They have
since moved elsewhere.
President: Daysi Gonzalez: 365 North 10th Street: certified mail returned
as "not here".
Vice President: Mohamed Hussein: 24 Struyk Ave: certified mail returned as
"not here".
Niaz Nadim: 278 North 11 Street: is he still living there?
Frank Caraccio: 73 Lakeshore. Has he moved?
Esllam Zakaria: 110 Prescott Ave. That is his father's address,not his.
Euyenibert Lopez: 294 North 8th Street. Does he reside there?
Ashley Alba: 383 North 10th Street. I she still there?
Members are supposed to live in town: two certified letters returned as
"not here". I am asking for current, certified by Borough Building
Inspector, certificates of occupancy and real, accurate address for the
above named elected officials.

Thanks for your response. Although incomplete, this is a very important
information because elected officials to the Board of Education are
supposed to live in town. The address and certificate of occupancy still
missing belongs to the President of the Board, Ms Daysi Gonzalez.  I am
providing you a second possible address for this individual: I am
requesting a confirmation and a certificate of occupancy for

Daysi Gonzalez at 163 North 12th Street, Prospect Park, NJ 07508

This is the second address Ms. Gonzalez has given. She is supposed to be a
borough resident, and it shouldn't be difficult or cumbersome to certify
where she lives.

Dr. Anderson,
With all due respect, I have done nothing but comply with your requests
from the beginning. If you look further at the certificate of occupancy I
provided, Mirian & Silvio Garcia are listed as the owners at 163 N 12th
Street, the address of which you provided. Ms. Daysi Gonzalez is listed as
the new tenant at 163 N 12th Street.

Garcia Silvio and Miriam: they are not elected officials and they can move
our of town as they please.
My original request continues being the same:

Deysi Gonzalez, President of the Prospect Park Board of Education
As Garcia Silvio and Miriam occupy the Unit 2 of 163 North 12 Street,
Prospect Park 07508, a good guess will be that Ms. Gonzalez is the
owner/occupant/certificate of occupancy holder for
163 North 12th Street, Unit 1
