Dear Nutley Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

1) The current operating agreement, contract, or Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the municipality and the organizers, managers, or third-party operators of the farmers market with the Township of Nutley?.

2). All permit applications, approved permits, and special event licenses issued for the operation of the farmers market during the specified timeframe?

3). Financial records showing any fees paid to the Nutley by the farmers market organizers, or any municipal funds allocated to support the market.

4). Certificate(s) of liability insurance submitted to the municipality by the farmers market management or operators.

5). Copies of any Nutley health department inspection reports or approvals issued specifically for the farmers market location and its general operation?

6). The cost to the Nutlet taxpayers are paying for the overtime for Police, fire department and food inspectors and clean up by the Township of Nutley.
