This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Greetings and salutations, my name is Rory Moore. I am the recipient of a award by OPRA Machine for the years 2020 and 2021. I wrote a premise to ascertain salaries for a variety of Municipalities to be published on the internet.I seek the following three questions, ONLY
1) The current salary of the Registered Municipal Clerk or and one acting in a similar position with the responsibilities of the Town Clerk?
2) The years in service of the current position?
3) The educational level by a number, only. HS, Some College, etc.?
4) I do not seek any additional information, No names, or any personal information. I seek the title of Town Clerk. That is all.

However, if submitting an OPRA request or inquiring about a previously submitted OPRA request, please realize that pursuant to P.L. 2020 Ch 10, OPRA deadlines are inapplicable during a State of Emergency and that record custodians ”must make a reasonable effort, as the circumstances permit to respond to a request for a government record within 7 business days or as soon as possible."

The Open Public Records Act deals with requests for records, not questions
for information. Technically, your requests are not valid requests as you
have not identified the records you seek, but have submitted questions.
However, as a courtesy, please find the ADP Record for the Township Clerk
providing the salary. Please be advised that pursuant to NJSA 47:1a-1.1
the social security number has been redacted.
The Township Clerk has advised that the Position Start Date is incorrect
on this report. It is showing the date this system was initiated instead
of the Clerk's start date of May 2001. He has a graduate law degree
(Juris Doctorate).
Thank you for your patience in awaiting this reply. Pursuant to [1]P.L.
2020, c. 10 which took effect on March 20, 2020, "during a period of a
declared State of Emergency, Public Health Emergency, or State of Local
Disaster Emergency the seven business days or soon as possible deadline to
respond to Open Public Records Act (OPRA) requests does not apply. The
records custodian must make reasonable effort, as the circumstance permit,
to respond to an OPRA request within the seven business days or soon as
possible deadline."
