Hey Ed,

I've redelivered your request to the proper address for Union City OPRA requests to deal with that error message. Union City changed clerks in the time since they have been added to our database.

Just a heads up, but from the language of the request, they may come back and say that they don't maintain a list like this. In that case, you may want to try going through the municipal courts because I think they maintain a categorized listing of how many people are charged for different offenses, such as marijuana possession.
