HI MY NAME IS CLAIRE BROOKS. I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT WORKING ON A RESEARCH PROJECT. I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST, UNDER THE OPEN PUBLIC RECORDS ACT AND UNDER COMMON LAW, THE FULL PROPERTY RECORDS FOR ALL RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES IN WEST ORANGE TOWNSHIP, NJ THAT ARE CURRENTLY TAX DELINQUENT AS OF FEB 13, 2026. I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST THAT THESE PROPERTY RECORDS BE SENT TO ME IN AN EXCEL DOCUMENT IF POSSIBLE.
I ALREADY REQUESTED THESE RECORDS ON DECEMBER 26TH BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A RESPONSE. PLEASE FOLLOW UP.
