I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Dear Claire,
Currently, your request is overly broad. When a request does not name
specifically identifiable records or is overly broad, a custodian may deny
access pursuant to the following court decisions: MAG Entertainment, LLC
v. Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 375 N.J.Super. 534 (App. Div.
2005). A proper request under OPRA must identify with reasonable clarity
those documents sought. A custodian is obligated to search and a find the
identifiable government records listed in the Complainant's OPRA request.
A custodian is not required to search her files to figure out which
records, if any, might be responsive to a broad and unclear OPRA request.
“Full property records” is overly broad, please identify the specific
records you seek so that we may process your request. (For example:
address, amount, block/lot #, etc.)
The seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request begins the
day after said clarification is received.
Thank you,
Mayensi Recinos
