I am a college student working on a research project. I would like to request, under the Open Public Records Act and under Common Law, the full property records for all residential properties in New Brunswick, NJ. that are currently tax delinquent as of Nov 13, 2025. I would like to request that these records be provided to me in an Excel document, if possible. I want to clarify that I do not need personal information. I just need addresses, class and due balance. I would really appreciate it.
