According to Open Public Records Act P.L. 2001, CHAPTER 404
N.J.S. 47:1A-1 - it states "All government records shall be readily accessible for inspection,
copying, or examination by the citizens of this State." The only restrictions mentioned are in regards to "convicted felons" which I am not. I would kindly ask that you please review this lawful request with your supervisor and provide the records accordingly. Thank you.
