I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Dear Brown, Justin,
Hi I am requesting under the Open Public Records act a full and complete, unredacted list of all (any and every) residential property in East Orange, NJ that is currently delinquent on property taxes as of Jan 16,2025. I am not asking about one specific property in general but rather I am seeking a full and complete list of all residential properties that are currently tax delinquent. I do not need people's names, just the addresses, class and due balance. I am asking that the full and complete list be sent to me. I would really appreciate that.
Thank you

Yours sincerely,

Lucía
