I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST, UNDER THE OPEN PUBLIC RECORDS ACT AND UNDER COMMON LAW, THE FULL PROPERTY RECORDS FOR ALL RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES IN THE ROSELLE BOROUGH, NJ THAT ARE CURRENTLY TAX DELINQUENT AS OF JAN 29, 2026. I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST THAT THESE PROPERTY RECORDS BE SENT TO ME IN AN EXCEL DOCUMENT, IF POSIBLE.
