I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST, UNDER THE OPEN PUBLIC RECORDS ACT AND UNDER COMMON LAW, THE FULL PROPERTY RECORDS FOR ALL RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES IN SOUTH TOMS RIVER BOROUGH, NJ THAT ARE CURRENTLY TAX DELINQUENT AS OF JAN 16, 2026. I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST THAT THESE PROPERTY RECORDS SENT TO ME IN AN EXCEL DOCUMENT, IF POSSIBLE. THANK YOU
