Dear Raritan Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Budget for 2025 for the Stormwater Utility Fees you are collecting
A list of any expenses charged to the Stormwater Utility to Date
A copy of any internal memos related to the Stormwater Utility
A copy of all emails which have gone unanswered regarding the Stormwater Utility

2. No records exists in response to this request. Nothing has been
charged to the Stormwater Utility to date.
3. No public record exists in response to this request. Any internal
memos relating to the Stormwater Utility that may exist are not
subject to public disclosure as inter-agency or intra-agency advisory,
consultative and deliberative material pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1,
Executive Order No. 26, as well as corresponding GRC decisions and
case law.
4. Your request for "A copy of all emails which have gone unanswered
regarding the Stormwater Utility" is an invalid request, being overly
broad, undefined, and fails to identify a specific government record.
