Dear Town of Phillipsburg,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

On March 6, 2023 at approximately 7:30am Phillipsburg Mayor Todd M. Tersigni used his personal Facebook page for Town Business by posting to notify the public of the line of succession since he would be unavailable due to knee surgery.

The discussion of publicly funded town business on this page makes it susceptible to OPRA therefore I would like to request the Activity and Search Logs for the Facebook Account: Todd M. Tersigni found at the following link: https://m.facebook.com/todd.tersigni between the dates of February 1, 2022 to present day.

Please email me the results in PDF form as I cannot pick them up or he will retaliate against me.
