I am a journalist with New Brunswick Today and Trenton Makes News, and require the records for my reporting on New Jersey's local governments, school districts, and autonomous authorities. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Please also provide all submissions, solicitations, letters of interest, proposals, or other documentation submitted while they were seeking the contract. Please also provide copies of all bills, invoices, or receipts from THA Consulting, and any reports or other publications they produced for you in the course of their work.
