In response to your OPRA request for text and/or picture messages sent and
received by the Board Attorney during the February 17, 2022 Board of
Education meeting, please be advised that responsive government records
constitute attorney-client communication and attorney work-product between
the Board Attorney, Superintendent, School Business Administrator, Board
President and one Board member. These records are privileged and
confidential and cannot be produced. There are no other
government records which are responsive to your request.
