Any records of all repair or maintenance completed relative to the “Test Well” pipe located within the parking lot of 907 South Orange Avenue in East Orange, New Jersey, all documents, invoices, job notes, photographs, emails and/or correspondence pertaining to work performed by the City of East Orange, or other entities (2004 to the present). Please see attached photographs for reference.
