Dear Linda Meyers,
Thank you. It is the location of the temporary ferry. The city council approved resolution #23-179 at the November 1, 2023 Council Meeting . The resolution was to Authorize the Execution of a Licensing Agreement for the Temporary Ferry Terminal. I am looking for the actual agreement. The resolution mentions the terms and conditions can be found in Exhibit A of the Licensing Agreement. Exhibit A was not provided to the public prior to the council meeting. Ms. Brooks advised another member of the public to file an OPRA request to obtain it.
“WHEREAS, the City also desires to utilize portions of the Licensor Property to facilitate the continuation of the Temporary Ferry Service during the construction of the New Ferry Terminal, and Licensor is willing to grant Licensee a non-exclusive temporary license over a portion of the Licensor Property, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the License Agreement, a copy of which is set forth hereto as Exhibit A;”

Dear Linda Meyers,
Thank you, but this is not what I requested. I am looking for the License Agreement between Manhattan Beach Club Street, LLC, and the City of South Amboy for the use of Manhattan Beach Club Street LLC’s property for the temporary ferry location.
You provided me with the agreement between NY Waterway and City of South Amboy for Ferry Operation and only the Resolution for the City to Execute the Agreement with Manhattan Beach Street LLC for the temporary ferry. I am looking for the agreement.
The city’s legal department may be able to provide direction.
