Dear Maplewood Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. Any and all records of terminal leave, sick leave, vacation time, comp time payments or payouts made to Richard/Rich/Rick Richardella from 1 January 1997 to 1 January 1999.

2. Final pay scale calculations for pension purposes for Richard/Rich/Rick Richardella from 1 October 1997 to 1 June 1998.

3. Any and all payroll records, time sheets, time clock vouchers for Richard/Rich/Rick Richardella from 1 January 1997 to 1 February 1998.

4. Any and all records for any and all compensation paid to Richard/Rich/Rick Richardella from 1 January 1997 to 1 January 1999.
