The Borough of Hightstown received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on 5/8/23.  The official Records Custodian, Peggy Riggio, Borough
Clerk, received your OPRA request on 5/8/23.  As such, the seven (7)
business day deadline to respond to your request is 5/17/23.  This
response to your request is being provided to you on the 5^th  business
day after the custodian’s receipt of said request. 

 

There are no records responsive to your request.  Hightstown Borough is
not responsible for bidding the project at Hightstown High School.  I
would reach out to the East Windsor Regional School District.
