A digital copy of the most recently approved memorandum of agreement between Middletown School District and Teamsters Local 11. Please include the contract booklet, salary guides, and any sidebar agreements.

I am in receipt of your OPRA request dated December 15, 2022. The
district has agreements with two Teamster Local 11 bargaining units; one
for facilities and one for paraprofessionals. Please specify which unit
you are requesting documents for.

In response to your OPRA request for documents related to the most recent
Teamster Local 11 Facilities contract, attached please find the original
and final Memorandums of Agreement for the July 1, 2022 contract. The
contract document has not been completed and finalized yet. Also
attached is a Memorandum of Agreement related to the contract that expired
June 30, 2022 that will be incorporated into the July 1, 2022 successor
contract.

I will consider your request dated 1/5/2023 an additional OPRA request.
We do not have printed copies yet of the recently settled Teamsters Local
11 Facilities contract. I have attached the .pdf file that I am told is
the final version.
