Dear Washington Borough School District

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A copy of certification or course completion for Frank Esposito, specifically related to performing teacher evaluations. This is to include the date of completion, and what system is used for evaluations. Further include how many evaluations he completed, and a copy of the portion of the teachers contact/ board policy indicating how many evaluations are to be completed during the school year.
