Tax sale / lien information tax delinquencies code violations enforcement records
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I am requesting access to and copies of all records relating to current and historical property tax delinquencies for properties located within the Borough of Pitman, New Jersey. This includes, but is not limited to, a list of properties with outstanding tax balances, amounts owed, dates of delinquency, and any records identifying properties subject to tax sale or tax lien certificate proceedings. Please provide records in electronic format if available.
Pursuant to OPRA, I am requesting all records related to tax lien certificates and tax sales within the Borough of Pitman, New Jersey. This includes, but is not limited to, a list of properties sold at tax sale, lien certificate holders, amounts of liens, dates of issuance, redemption status, and any upcoming or scheduled tax sale listings. Electronic format is preferred.

This includes, but is not limited to, violation notices, inspection reports, citations issued, enforcement actions, and any records identifying properties with unresolved or repeat code violations. Electronic copies are preferred if available.
