1. A list of street addresses of residential properties that sold in the last 2 tax sales

Code Violations
Residential properties with street addresses with the below criteria from Jan 2021 to Dec 2022;
1. Fire damage, overgrown grass, overgrown weeds, junk, boarded houses/windows, vacant properties.
2. Condemned properties
3. All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
4. All properties with notices of abatement

*PLEASE DONT INCLUDE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT VIOLATIONS*
