I received your OPRA request on March 25, 2021 for "the last 4 years of Tax Levy Workbooks as well as the last 4 years of Municipal Information Sheets."
This response is being provided to you on the second (2nd) business day of the custodian’s receipt of the said request.

As per the finance office, within the budget document, there is a summary of the tax levy calculation (sheet 3). Attached, please find the 2021 budget as introduced. The Municipal Information Sheet is a State generated record that can be downloaded from the Division of Local Government website at the following link:

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll find the Municipal Information Sheets for several years. Click on the link for the years that you need, and use drop down menu on the excel spreadsheet to select Bergenfield.
