Records requested:
Tax Delinquent List
A List of all property addresses that have an unpaid property tax bill at any point in the last 12 months. Please also include a list of properties whose property tax bill was liened against the property
Water List / Utility Lien List
A list of all property addresses that have had their water bill liened against the property, have failed to pay their water bill, or have had the water shut off at any point in the last 12 months.
Fire Damage List
A list of all property addresses that the fire department has received an emergency call to in the last 90 days.
Vacant List
A list of all properties that the city deems to be currently vacant or abandoned.

Good Afternoon,
You submitted an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) Request Form to the Town of Dover which was received by the Municipal Clerk on 7/12/2024. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is 7/17/24. Pursuant to the Act, the Town has 7 business days, beginning the day after receipt of the request by the Records Custodian, within which to respond. Please accept this email as the Town's response to your request.
