All properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000.
All properties that are absentee owned and/or deemed vacant.
All properties with open liens and code violations, this list should also include amounts of balances owed and the type of violation related to each particular property.
A list of all vacant properties to include addresses, block/lot and owner information.

In response to your OPRA Request received February 22, 2022, we
have attached hereto are the documents you requested.
All properties that currently have delinquent taxes which date
back up to 2 years that include balances of upwards of $4,000. -

not have liens for over 2 years, since we have an accelerated tax
sale every June.

A copy of the Denial Poster with instructions to applicants who
wish to appeal any denial or part thereof is attached hereto. You
have the right to appeal the decision that the document or
documents are not public records. You may take your appeal to the
Government Records Council or the New Jersey Superior Court, as
provided by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.
