On February 20, 2019 this office received your OPRA request for a Tax Delinquent List; your email stated you were "still waiting for a response" At that time I responded to inform you of this office ONLY receiving a request from you on February 20, 2019. As per NJSA 47:1A-5.i. A custodian of a government record shall grant access to a government record or deny a request for access to a government record as soon as possible, but not later than seven business days after receiving the request. Therefore, your request is not delayed and shall be made available to you on or before March 1, 2019.

My email on 2/20/19 stated I was still waiting for a request because unfortunately I was and still am. My request is very much delayed, please keep in mind my first request was made on 2/5/19 to the city of Bridgeton for the Tax Delinquent List. However Thank you for informing me that it was never received by your office or the city of Bridgeton. I look forward to the next response received being the Tax delinquent list on or before March 1.

Unfortunately this did not fulfill my request Bridgeton City is the only one having difficulty in delivering what I am asking for.
The Bill Year Range- on the Detailed Tax Account Delinquent Report sent to me is 2000 to 2017 ALSO it is focused on one tax delinquent property instead of all of them.

Records requested: (TAX DELINQUENT LIST) Condensed Tax Account Delinquent Report- Including OWNERS NAME , ADDRESS (or block and lot) and CURRENT (2019) amount that is delinquent.
I have been waiting since February for my request to be completed correctly. I hope this go round will be prompt, complete and correct. It will be greatly appreciated.
