seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your requests is  November
23, 2020.  This response is being provided to you on the  7^th business
day after custodian’s receipt of said request.

Your request sought access to the following:

 1. A list of properties in the Borough that currently have delinquent
taxes, open property liens, and code violations (including vacant
properties). This list should also include amounts of balances owed
and the type of violation related to each particular property.

Description of Information Requested:
1.Tax Account Delinquent Report
2.Detailed Lien Status Report
3.Residential code enforcement violations currently active and pending
that include:
• Residential Structures that are vacant

Attached, please find records found on file responsive to your request
from the Tax Collector.   Please be advised that the Borough of Middlesex
does not maintain or keep a listing of residential code enforcement
violations currently active and pending. Custodians are not required to
conduct research or create new records in response to an OPRA request.  At
this time, I believe your request has been fulfilled.

Regards,
