Tax delinquency at block 17 lot 58.02
Dear New Brunswick City,
Pursuant to New Jersey’s Open Public Records Act (P.L. 2001, c. 404), I am requesting access to and if necessary copies of any and all correspondence between the city of New Brunswick and the Second Reformed Church in regard to the tax delinquency at 14 Stone Street, block 17 lot 58.02.
As this property was acquired by the Church in May 2002, we are requesting access to any and all correspondence that occurred between May 2002 and September 2022.
Please confirm receipt of this request. If this request is denied in whole or in part, we ask that you justify all deletions by reference to the specific exemptions of OPRA. I look forward to your response within seven (7) business days as required by OPRA. Thank you for your assistance.

I have a condensed tax delinquent report dated April 19, 2022, that details two delinquencies associated with the church both at this location, lot 71 block 58.02. The first describes a balance of $2169.12 and the second has a balance of $2490.15. If there is any correspondence between the city and the property owners or managers regarding either or both of these delinquencies, please send them our way.
