This is a formal request for access to government records under the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.).

I am requesting a list or record of all residential properties within your municipality that are currently two (2) years or more delinquent on their municipal property taxes, or are currently eligible for tax sale due to a three-year delinquency status.

If possible, please include the following data fields for each property:

• Block and Lot

• Property Address

• Assessed Owner Name

• Assessed Owner Mailing Address (if different from property address)

• Total Delinquent Amount

I prefer to receive these records in an electronic format (such as a CSV or Excel spreadsheet) delivered to this email address.

If my request is denied in whole or in part, please justify all deletions or redactions by reference to specific exemptions of the law. If there are any fees associated with fulfilling this request, please notify me before proceeding.
