Tax Compliance Plans and supporting documentation

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) Tax Compliance Plans, as filed by Nutley Township and approved by the County of Essex, for the years 2011-2018.
2) Maps and descriptions of Nutley's sixty-four (64) VCS tax neighborhoods.
3) Emails and other correspondence sent or received by the Tax Assessor or Tax Department to/from the Township regarding VCS neighborhoods that were selected for adjustment in each year, 2011-2018.
