From the Tax Collector, if this document still exists: As mentioned in the May 3, 1939 town council minutes, the "Abstract of Title" from the Hudson Dispatch, regarding property purchase dates in Cedarwood Park, filed with the Tax Collector.

I have forwarded your request to our Tax Collector and our Archivist and neither are familiar with the document and the records retention has most likely passed, being that it was 83 years ago. Therefore, there is no such record responsive to this request.
