As per your OPRA request dated July 25, 2023, attached you will find the
current property record card on file in the Assessor’s Office for Block 52
Lot 73 – 176 Pleasant Valley Road. There are currently no pending or
finalized added assessments on record in our office for the aforementioned
property, nor are there any exemptions or deductions that have been
applied.
