with the request of:
• OPRA 24-330: “Table of Organization for the Neptune Township Police
Department. Full roster list of all Neptune Township police officers'
names, ranks, corresponding badge numbers, and length of time with the
department. Please include a Record Index with your response. *A
record index that identifies each record requested and the specific
legal basis for a denial of access (including redactions) to each
record.”
• OPRA 24-331: I seek the March 1, 2024 - March 31, 2024 (breakdown by
pay periods) payroll record(s) for each employee of your municipality.
Please also provide each employee’s name, title, salary, and length of
service pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10. Please include a Record Index
with your response. *A record index that identifies each record
requested and the specific legal basis for a denial of access
(including redactions) to each record.
• OPRA 24-332: “March 2024 Neptune Township, NJ Police Department Arrest
Reports. Please provide copies of all of your police department’s Use
of Force Reports that were created during the month of March 2024.
Please provide copies of all traffic summons/tickets issued for March
2024. Please provide copies of all motor vehicle accident reports for
March 2024.”
• OPRA 24-333: “March 2024 Neptune Township, NJ Police Department Arrest
Reports. Please provide copies of all of your police department’s Use
of Force Reports that were created during the month of March 2024.
Please provide copies of all traffic summons/tickets issued for March
2024. Please provide copies of all motor vehicle accident reports for
March 2024. Please include a Record Index with your response. A record
index that identifies each record requested and the specific legal

Please be advised that an extension is needed.
Extension reason: Compilation of records, personal out of office;
distribution.
The extension date for the responsive records will be provided on or
before April 26, 2024.

The Payroll Department has reached out to ADP to address an issue of the
report being produced. Our Office is anticipating in producing the
responsive records by the extension deadline of April 26, 2024.
