The Township of Plainsboro received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on August 29, 2024. The Official Records Custodian, Carol J.
Torres, received your OPRA request on the same date of August 29, 2024. As
such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is
September 10, 2024. This response to your request is being provided to you
on the 7^th  business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.

 

Your OPRA request sought access to the following:

 

“ 1. Table of Organization for the Plainsboro Police Department.

   2. Full roster list of all Plainsboro Police Officers’ names, ranks,
corresponding badge numbers, and length of time with the department.

 

Response:

 

The table of organization for the Plainsboro Police Department as well as
the roster of all police officers is being provided in its entirety and is
responsive to your request, these records are being transmitted to you via
email. There is no cost associated with the request pursuant to N. J.S.A
47:1A-5.b.

 

 

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
unfilled within the seven (7) or fourteen (14) business days required by

Plainsboro to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a
processing in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with
the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access
