Dear Time to Change- Jersey St ,

 

The Borough of Manasquan has received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request dated 08/02/2018. The official Records Custodian received your
OPRA request on 08/02/2018. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline
to respond to your request is 08/13/2018. This response to your request is
being provided to you on business day 1 after custodian's receipt of said
request.

 

Your OPRA Request sought access to the following:

1. Table of Organization for the Manasquan Police Department.

 

2. Full roster list of all Manasquan police officers` names, ranks,
corresponding badge numbers, and length of time with the department.

right to challenge the decision by the Borough of Manasquan to deny
