To Whom It May Concern,
We received your OPRA Request on July 16, 2018 for “table of organizations
for the Bergenfield Police Department and full roster list of all
Bergenfield police officers’ names, ranks, corresponding badge numbers,
and length of time with the department.” As such, the seven (7) business
day deadline to respond to your request is July 25, 2018. This response
to your request is being provided to you on the first (1^st) day of the
custodian’s receipt of said request.
The following records are being provided in their entirety and are
responsive to your request:
1. Bergenfield Police Department Roster (1 page)
2. Bergenfield Police Department Table of Organizations (1
page)
These records are being transmitted to you via e-mail, as per your
request. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b, there is no cost associated with
this request as the documents are being transmitted to you electronically.
