Dear South Brunswick Township,
I received a reply that the SBPD does not have responsive records to my request. Does this mean they have not filed the forms required by Section 9.11 of the Internal Affairs Policies & Procedures? Per the Attorney General's Directive these records are supposed to have been published on the SBPD website no later than January 31.
Can you please confirm if the required reports were filed and/or published?
Yours faithfully,
Charlie Kratovil

Dear South Brunswick Township,
Regarding my request for the information required to be posted to the Township's website regarding police officer misconduct, I went to the link you provided and see a link on that page labeled "2024 Major Discipline" - https://southbrunswicknj.gov/wp-content/...
However, I do not see anywhere on the page where one can locate the Internal Affairs Summary Report (Appendix K), which is required to be published pursuant to the Attorney General's Directive. Please let me know where I can find that record on your website, or send me a copy of it via email. Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Charlie Kratovil
Charlie Kratovil,
Be advised that the Police Department submitted Appendix K through a
website as required by Attorney General's Directive. No record exists in
our files.
Sincerely,
