Dear Hillsborough Township,
I received the 2/25/25 letter from the Hillsborough Police Department Lt. Jack Howard, which includes a link: https://www.hillsboroughnj.gov/departmet...
This link is not correct. Even when correcting the misspelling of the word departments, the page that one arrives at does not include the requested information. To be clear, the information I requested was supposed to be published on the website no later than January 31 per the AG Directive on Internal Affairs Transparency.
Lt. Howard's February 25 letter uses future tense to state that, "2024 records will be updated and posted to the department's website," and also includes irrelevant information regarding "redactions of personal identifiers" that does not pertain to my request. As of today's date (February 26), the 2024 records apparently have not been posted to the department's website. Please provide the requested records via email to me. Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Charlie Kratovil
